REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Hanabi Bloom, we want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our 15-Day Promise
You may request a return or refund within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at hanabibloomsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is approved (and, where applicable, received and inspected), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrived damaged or faulty, contact us within 15 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you — either a free replacement or a full refund.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email hanabibloomsupport@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original, resalable condition, unless the item is faulty.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to cancel or modify it before it ships. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled, but you're still covered by our 15-day return policy.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at hanabibloomsupport@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
